PaNETma service is automatically disconnected when an account becomes more than 20 days overdue and no payment arrangements have been made. Reconnection fees apply.
Should you require additional time to settle your balance, please contact us within 10 days of the due date and we will see to it that you are granted additional time in which to pay your account balance.
